This is all very well, but in 30 plus degrees its very difficult to get motivated to exercise.  If the government are serious in tackling this issue, then they need to provide facilities that the public can use at all times of the day. Air-con in the day, no air-con in the later hours. They also need to provide more shaded parks that are not overrun by soi dogs and red ants, also many more public pools, then maybe more people would get off their collective asses and exercise, I know that I would.

15 minutes to walk to work or BTS, 15 minutes home, 30 minutes a day x 6 days =120 minutes.

Sunday walk to Temple to make merit -10 each way.

Yep 150 minutes. 😂

Although I agree with all that

A decent % of the Thai population are just so god damn lazy, they won't even walk 5-10mins

I love them, but their laziness and obsession with having to eat 5-6x day does tend to drive me a bit nuts at times
