MrStretch Posted March 22, 2023 #293698 Share Posted March 22, 2023 Fine, upstanding school administration. "...the director declined to comment on the incident and played down the incident, suggesting he wanted to avoid it becoming a viral media spectacle." This clown should be drummed out of the education business after being charged with accessory to child abuse. And he should be sharing a communal cell with this megalomaniac abuser: "...teacher Boss...justified his actions by saying the boys had been stubborn and slow to follow his instructions." Criminal prosecution of the two and financial financial compensation for these boys and anyone else abused in a similar way.
Ramanathan.P Posted March 22, 2023 #293728 Share Posted March 22, 2023 What are the guidelines for teachers to take action on students? Can the teacher be challenges in the court under the law for such wrong doing? Of course it depends on the difference between the haves and have nots. There should be a central panel to look into all such cases irrespective of the economical status of the affected students....Unless that is not established clearly such incidences will keep on popping here and there.
