Karolyn Posted March 21, 2023 #293531 Share Posted March 21, 2023 It's a reticulated python, a species that adapted to urban life. Compared to the Indian and a Burmese rock pythons, they're prone to be snappy but unlikely to go far a human unless feeling guarded.

I am not a snake expert, just a petrified person of snakes But I am pretty sure a python in a toilet may feel a bit "guarded"!!!
Faz Posted March 22, 2023 #293689 Share Posted March 22, 2023 Snakes shouldn't be able to access toilet drainage systems, as they should be sealed. The toilet flushes into a sealed septic tank, with a sealed overflow tank. Only if a system isn't constructed correctly can a snake enter the drains.
