will face the death penalty or imprisonment for 15 to 20 years.

However, the penalty for teenagers aged between 15 and 18 year will probably face half the penalty for an adult over 20 years old.

How do you get half a death sentence?

Has to be more to this story.  I'm guessing the victim shunned advances made by the perpetrator and the perpetrator lost face in front of his buddies and you know the rest.

These boys need to be taught a lesson and imprisoned for a long, long time. Whether this will happen or not remains to be seen.

Not just these boys- it seems all across the country "teens" and "students" are escalating unprovoked violence against complete strangers, like the ping pong bombs and gasoline attacks in Pattaya recently. These aren't "teens" - they are dangerous psychopaths who need to be taken off the streets. This one specifically needs to get the death sentence. But he won't, of course. He'll be out to murder again in a few years.

They have nothing to do.

Authorities need to bind them to something in community to keep them occupied and stay off the streets creating trouble.

Normal teens don't go around setting fire to people and fatally stabbing them just because they have nothing to do. These "teens" are beyond redemption and they will grow up to kill and kill again if allowed to.
