Sofiane , the one who walks fast, an arabic (and french) given name. 

But anyway, "loud Moto", why just 1000 Baht for renting to one without license? Is the exhaust legal loud? Or is it tooo loud ("loud rented ....")? So fine the owner for installing a loud exhaust, please.

Finally I am seeing that the owner of the bike is being summoned. This is a good move. Only thing is that the owner has to be fined double than the person who commit the offence. Then it would me more effective

Ouah ! what a punishment for these half french , it is a big joke, from my point of view they should be send back straight to France with no possibility to come back in thailand.
