But anyway, "loud Moto", why just 1000 Baht for renting to one without license? Is the exhaust legal loud? Or is it tooo loud ("loud rented ....")? So fine the owner for installing a loud exhaust, please.

Finally I am seeing that the owner of the bike is being summoned. This is a good move. Only thing is that the owner has to be fined double than the person who commit the offence. Then it would me more effective
