Allergic Reactions in Dogs

Talking to a family member at the weekend about different allergic reactions that Dogs get and we discussed the following: 

Hives and the itchiness suffered by the Dog, Facial Edema, Allergic dermatitis of the ears or paws

We would both appreciate the details on any good herbal remedies that would be beneficial to a Dog.

ive heard dogs can get by perfectly fine on a vegan diet, which surprises me cos i thought they only eat that disgusting meat and jelly from the can!!

I would imagine you would have to very cautious having your dog on a vegan diet and might be best to have a balance with some protein added.

Chamomile teabags for itching skin.

Coconut oil.

Oatmeal soaked in water, then bathe the inflamed area.
