Isn't Koh Andang a part of the National Park? I remember that there is one illegally built holiday resort, but another land grant to a private investor seems at conflict with the idea of protecting the natural environment. And who cares about the poor locars, right? But again it doesn't surprise me much, because this is .... Sparta, haha

we now an be fairly sure that corruption is endemic in National {Parks - not only are they uninterested in wildlife preservation but they are happy to evict indigenous tribes. There is certainly money to be made by those in the tourist industry etc.
