This is going to be good. The foreigners  would appear to have local police protection.

Well if they are not proven to have crime connections or be mafia, then these two women are in line to be sued for defamtion for damaging the reputaion of tourists and harming the good reputation of Samui being honest and white and the clean driven snow.
