those begpacking russians (in an earlier thaiger article) are the tip of the iceberg, those russians avoiding conscription won't go back until the war is over, inviting them in is good for the economy but more than a few will be overstaying.

The real question here is ..... what drink costs 60 baht in pattaya? water even the small bottles of leo are one hundred in tourist areas .. but as the tourist police said bar owners can't go around attacking tourists just call the police its easier.  Another potential danger in thailand irate bar owners. .. im compiling  a list now

Judging by his size, he's probably not a begpacker.  Seriously though - I understand kicking a guy out for being too drunk, but knocking him unconscious with a heavy object to his face (which appears to be what happened here) is a bit extreme. Keep being classy, Pattaya.
