But we are told by our American friends that, contrary to the violent narco- state situation, Mexico is a top expat holiday and retirement destination for Americans ( and I suppose, Canadians?) along with Philippines, that other US-beloved rat hole….

anyone for skinned human carcasses of entire families hung from road overpasses ? I think not ….for this guy at least …😩🤣
