The Deputy National Police Chief of Thailand recognizes that the Thai police have a reputation issue. He wants to take action to make police seem more approachable, friendly and organized. Why doesn't he propose to make them all rainbow colors so everyone can really see them. There is no confusion from their uniforms, in certain situations they are never and will never be seen as friendly. Can't put a wolf in sheep's clothing as it would add more to a negative than any positive.
