At least it is not bad news for everyone, like for the top executive and shareholders of Pfizer & Co. Nothing better than another media and political hysteria to boost the sales. Yes and unbelievably, it is not quite the end yet of the covid madness. Other viruses and diseases? Boring. But covid: oh yes, we love it cause it is so scary. Well that is what the media are telling us so it must be true. Inevitably a new Chinese "variant" or "strain" or bla bla bla will be spotted somewhere at some point, regardless on testing all the Chinese living China (well all prior restrictions worldwide did not stop all the other variants to do their job eventually: spreading), experts and professors that seem to spend more time on tv than in their labs or hospitals will tell us the "potential" damages it will do cause it is more transmissible and bla bla bla, the mandotary mask and multiple restrictions will reappear, the offer of dose 24, 25,... will follow, and bla bla bla... How do you like this scenario? Enjoy! Top executive and shareholders of Pfizer & Co certainly will.

There needs to be world population control as it plainly is not sustainable, and this should also be subjective to every country even say to folk in the USA who openly keep on having baby after baby. I basically just mentioned the two biggest ones who have went overboard for years by overpopulating. Puts a huge strain on the world. I am all for freedom to do what you want, but having too many kids or population in your country is a huge no no.

Have you ever considered that if the world had not restricted movement and imposed the controls it did, that the number of deaths could have been many times more and the number of cases could have collapsed national healthcare systems around the world? The controls imposed were never intended to totally stop the virus spreading, it was meant to slow it down. Buy time to develop vaccines. Buy time to adjust healthcare systems. 
 

The same is true now with testing people from China. If there is some new variant, or even if not, the sheer numbers of cases means it could collapse healthcare systems. “Controlling” numbers, not stopping is the point of the restrictions. 
 

it’s so frustrating and ridiculous when you hear people say “lockdown didn’t work, people are still catching the virus”. It was never intended to stop it. Its intention was to slow it.
