Hang on a moment. How can a department, paid for by tax payers, give a gift to the people who already pay for it? It would be like my local pub handing me a beer and saying this is a gift from the landlord. That’s £4:50 please. 
 

I know the media is heavily controlled in Thailand and most times they are literally sh*t scared to say anything negative about the authorities. Equally, they don’t have to promote the idiots by using phrase as “holiday gift”. FFS!
