If you're already considering splitting assets and child support, my advice is not to get married.

No just want to know what the deal is. I dont really want marriage at this stage. But she is great so might consider it.

Thailand has 10m single women so need to be sure.

there is no need to specify anything on the thai marriage certificate regarding separation or community of property. you've also to check with your own country's regulation.
