I have real mixed feelings about this. On the one hand the guy is a total nut job for killing someone over a silly situation. On the other, wouldn’t you just love to do this to someone who broke your nose and teeth. In the end, both of them seem like worthless humans and so now both are off the streets. Result!

Article quote: Peerasin lowered his window and attempted to make a video when a second bottle struck the phone. Komsan and his passenger proceeded to get out of the car and attacked Peerasin with brass knuckles, punching him in the face several times, breaking his nose and three teeth. The killer said Komsan had rejected a request for 9 million baht (US$250,000) in damages and offered only an cursory apology.

Perhaps killing the attacker is not the best revenge as the crime did not fit the punnishment, but also the attacker not wanting to pay any compensation to the guy is a bit deserving of something back at him. So can sort of undestand wanting revenge as dishing it back out on the same line or upping the anty a small bit more, but not murder.

Tit for the tat and scoffing at not going to give any compensation.

I had to read the article a few times to make sure I understood who was killing who. The article says “Peerasin lowered his window”. But he was the guy who was attacked? How did the attackers get to him in his pickup? Did he get out of his pickup? All rather strange, but it does seem like a few nut jobs are off the street. What about the other guy that helped beat up Peersin?

Punched him through the open window, or pulled his head out through the lowered window, then punched him at a guess.

Well unless he got out the vehicle to fight back. Brave or stupid? Fine line…
