Ok, went down to Jomtien immigration and the following is needed.

Completed TM47
1x Copy Biometric Page
1x Copy Visa/Permit to Stay Extension Stamp Page
1x Copy Last entry Stamp Page
1x Copy of TM30

I had done my last TM30 online so did not have a copy of this. Didn't think to print it out, although its not very friendly to printout from website. Anyway I had the old last TM30 still in the passport (from 2 years ago) same address. They said that was ok, and didn't even ask me to copy it.

Told me would be ready in 40mins. Went and had a beer and came back in 40mins and it was ready. On balance almost less stress than reporting online, and hoping they respond in time!

Wrong!

It starts when you are granted permission of stay for more than 90 consecutive days.

My next report is due April 17th.
I'll depart Thailand April 21st, returning May 15th.
According to you, my next report would therefore be due on August 12th, 90 days after arriving back in the Country.

Actually, my next 90-day report after April will be in October - why?

If you left the country, the 90 days starts when you arrive back into the country.  Its plain

They have regressed to demanding miles of useless paperwork that ends up God knows where and for no reason at all. I thought that the new online reporting was a great move, saving time and paper and providing an immediate digital record, but as is often the case here, some moronic official has decided to turn back the clock.  Its pathetic
