Lazada and potential import tax

I bought a roll of hazard warning tape (from China) which was delivered a few days ago.

It was all of 65 Baht, plus 38 Baht delivery.
Today I received a pdf e-invoice from Lazada, only for the the delivery charge though. I've never seen this before.

I notice at the bottom of the page it said:
"This e-receipt is prepared by Lazada Express Limited and submitted electronically to the Revenue Department"

Is this something new Lazada have been forced to do by the Thai government I wonder, and will the Customs Department be demanding their cut from me?

Just recently BS I've ordered a few things from China on Lazada but never received anything from Customs, hope it's not a scam.

Most likely a receipt generated for the third party delivery company's accountant aka as a 'revenue department'.

BS, did you get to the bottom of this as I ordered a garlic slicer from China via Lazada. The invoice was for 7 baht and I showed it to my wife and she said that it is telling me that Lazada have paid this on my behalf. 🇨🇳

I've heard no more about it, not that I was expecting to though.
