UPDATE New details are unfolding around a Pattaya woman who on November 28 alleged that loan sharks had abducted and assaulted her. The woman, 21 year old Tasneeporn Youngram, had said that four loan sharks had forced her into a car on Soi Paniad Chang in Bang Lamung. well I remember an Issan story with the same kind of 20-somethings ladies and a car and an unpaid loan except they killed and dismembered the victim then fled to Laos. so yeah.

Agreed. What a shame the competition for Thai tourists don’t start showing the blinkered world what kind of place Thailand is really like. Most of these moralistic young westerners would never step foot in the country if they knew. Land of smiles
