The Metropolitan Police Bureau has confirmed it is filing to have bail revoked for 5 pro-democracy leaders accused of breaking their bail conditions. The move comes after a number of political rallies in Bangkok last weekend. The Pattaya News reports that Sukhun Prommayon from the MPB says that an investigation into the behaviour of protest leaders attending the rallies shows they have broken the terms of their bail agreements. Hopefully those protesting have received their vaccinations prior to going out and risking arrest.  As former protesters have caught covid while jailed it seems crazy to me to risk your health when covid rates are quite high in the jails & corrections facilities.

No sympathy, regardless of their politics - they were given bail subject to set conditions, and they deliberately broke those conditions.
