Where do Thai people have sex changes?

Where is the cheapest sex change, by a reliable doctor? Prices at somewhere like Bumrumgrad are not affordable, for most Thai people or a lot of farangs. Despite the rising baht, its still much, much cheaper to fly from Europe or the US, to Thailand. But where do Thai people have their SRS?

The cheapest I found was 270,000 baht, including breast implants. The doctor is trained by another reputable surgeon, so there is no problem with credentials  I won't name the clinic, so as not to advertise, but, this is the least expensive I have found in Bangkok. 

(Please do not direct me to NGO/LGBT inflected stuff, as there was little of that when I first flew to Thailand, years ago. The culture has its own way of dealing with things, more sympathetic to those who do not shriek, or have blue hair.)

Not sure I understand, just looking for someone else. I'm currently in Bangkok, and searching through clinics. Because I care about the person in question, I'm not going to send them to just anywhere.
