Hi, I have a problem. How does one withdraw large sums of baht as a non-resident foreigner? Larger than is allowed at the ATM? Because I was turned down at Siam Bank

What sort of account do you have.?

If you have a savings account you must have a passbook.

I am assuming here that you have a bank account, most of us non-resident foreigners do. If you mean you are a short term visitor possibly your best option is Western Union. You do not mention the amount you have been trying to withdraw.

Can you wire money to yourself, with Western Union?

I used to be a currency speculator, and I'm trying to get back into it, while the baht is up. However I can't buy with card here

Wire from where to where?
What kind of card are you trying to use?

Plenty of info on 'Google'.
Just Google -  'Can you wire money to yourself, with Western Union'?
