Non-Immigrant 0 Visa – right way to list accommodation in Thailand?
I was told before by several posters how you are never ever incorrect about anything, and that are the self-appointed expert on all things Visa related - and that is why they all avoid debating anything with you mate. See my responses above in bold. PS - I have a life and was busy yesterday - golf, shopping etc. Lets agree to disagree. You clearly got it wrong, because all Visas to Thailand were not always all the same - except under the E-Visa system when used in any country - which started being used in Australia in 2024. But I cannot prove I got a multiple entry non-immigrant tourist visa for 12 months way back in time - unfortunately. I recall back then that the person in the Embassy talked me into using it because it allowed a person who was travelling to multiple countries in any one year to be able to enter that country multiple times. Damn I wish I had that Passport - but actually it would be the one before the last one - given they are for 10 years only. -

Non-Immigrant 0 Visa – right way to list accommodation in Thailand?
You've gone very quiet Bob Just a helping hand, but here's an image of a METV issued just after Thailand introduced it. Granted, it's from HK, but note its category 'Tourist', number of entries 'M', issued on 10th Dec 2015, enter before 9th June 2016, that's 6 month validity to enter Thailand. Waiting in anticipation and excitement to view your METV that only allows 2 entries and is valid for 1 year to enter Thailand. It's not arrogance, Bob, it's confidence in calling someone out when they're just plain mistaken.- 1

News Forum - ‘Get out!’: Rally erupts in Phuket over PM’s leaked clip
That is not correct. The Thai Military have their issues, as all Forces Worldwide have, but the Forces, especially the Army and the Marines are generally well equipped and well led. They have a core of career officers and NCOs who are well respected among other Forces. I certainly would not wish to tangle with Thai Marines. I see little evidence of institutional corruption. The Thai Air Force is arguably the weakest of the Forces, and the Navy has some issues of ship age and reliability, but the Army is of a good standard in comparison to other Asian countries and they are more than a match for the Cambodians. Let's face it, the years with Prayut Chan-o=Cha as PM were very successful and more than a good comparison with the present lot.
