the high number of Buddhist monks who misbehave from monkhood and get exposed gives me an idea that the unexposed is in higher percentage still there.

This means these Buddhist monks are really not following Buddhist traditions.

relieve him from monkhood will make this man further worse as he probably living a luxury life in the name of the monk and still doing unsanitary work which as a monk he is not expected to do, someday we can see this guy is a robber, drug addict, even a gun-wielding killer too.
