Recommendations for reasonable interior designer/decorator/builder in BKK?

Hello, 

 

I am a USA expat who is closing on a brand new, 80 square meter, 2 BR/2BA condo in EKkamai, BKK next week. 

I have very good design sense, but need help with actually realizing my vision for a renovation. 

Wishing for: new kitchen, wall treatments, renovate bathrooms, add closets, wall treatments, electric shades, all furniture, etc. etc.

Mid to higher range renovations, definitely not the cheapest IKEA and not the highest end. 

I need help with all steps of renovation including finalizing the design,  good and renovation people, etc.

I am looking for a very experienced, talented designer who can work with a picky client. Looking for a zen/modern/soothing feel.

 

Again, budget IS a strong concern for me, but still want high quality and "wow" factor design.

If you don't get any recommendations and have time

 

Maybe walk around and find some smaller hotels that you find appealing and ask who was their designer 

 

I say smaller hotels because they may use a small local designer

 

Just an idea
