do you know where to find trusted pickup for Bangkok airport?

And on a related topic:
a few days ago, I read about the government offering a phone number for the public to call, in case of problems/disputes with taxi drivers.
From memory, the number was 1511.

Can we use Grab or Bolt to call a taxi to Suvarnabhumi airport?

Are these apps allowed to operate there?

taxis are available at the airport.
Grab cannot go to arrivals, but can pick up people from the parking area.
Still, I was curious about van services (for many large luggage that can't fit in a taxi)
