You are wrong. I said they are safer because they are not allowed out the house unless their husband is with them.

Of course if a woman does go out the house and is sexually assaulted but its not actually a crime in that country then statistics will show they are safer.

Do you think that having no laws regarding domestic violence is a good thing?
