Mom is worried so we need a nationwide alert to find a 24 year old man and ask him to call his Mom.

More info needed.  Did he tell his "famly" he would contact them every week?  Does he have an unlocked cell phone with a Thai sim card?  Are his friends back home worried?  Has anyone in the family talked to his friends and inquired about him?
