A new poll revealed that people are not impressed with caretaker Prime Minister Prawit Wongsuwan as acting PM, but do not want him to take major action either, aside from calling a new election to find his replacement. Keep Prawit around to empty the buckets of water leaking into the new 12B THB Gov. building.
Let some new Army recruits keep watch of the watchman to ensure he doesn't fall asleep on the job.  The recruits CAN NOT do his work for him though.
