After growing pressure online from students, Chulalongkorn University’s Faculty of Law has agreed to do away with mandatory student uniforms. Its a University not a primary school ...

Tradition. Largely has much to do with the rather illogical [and repressive] honouring of the particular patronage and militarism associations. All a bit of a paradox in a Buddhist culture.

If you have kids in University in Thailand, they do that plenty after school..........
