It makes a refreshing change to hear a politician or a man in authority accept the blame for something which isn’t necessarily his fault. How about starting with the very basics Mr Governor? Trash bins. Walk on some minor, out of the way sois (such as Ratchadapisek, Latphrao, Chaeng Wattana-Ramintra, no sure about Sukhumvit) and count the garbage bins. Must be a novel idea, has to be tested first.
