Faz's Footy Fixture Forecast 2022 - 2023.

Week 29 results.

With 16 fixtures concluded, I suspect some players will be satisfied with their scores, whilst others may feel it was an opportunity lost, and they didn't get a fare rub of the green.

Personally, it was an absolute unbelievable round for me, with the top score of 330.
@BigHewer still maintains the overall lead, but his comfort zone isn't quite so comfortable any more.

With 9/10 games left to play, it's still open season to find a new champion.

Are you referring to Chris Sutton in the second part there? 😂

Well done @Faz, 330!!  👍🏻🎉
As I might have mentioned, I always enter the same selections in another comp online. 80,000 players, I couldn’t find anyone with a score that high 😳

I was fairly satisfied with my score before the postponed week 7 games on Tuesday evening, then Wednesday morning when I checked the scores and found I had 4 correct results and 3 correct scores from those 4 games, I was buzzing on 280, and it crossed my mind I could hit 300 if the last two fixtures went my way.
As it turned out, two more correct results and one correct score ............330 😇

So, this morning, after triple checking, I performed a double back Salto tucked with a triple (1080°) twist.
Mind you, I've spent the rest of the day in hospital receiving physio. 🤣

Actually, today I've tried to downplay just how spectacular that score was, by reminding myself it was based on 16 fixtures, not the normal 10, so I had to do the maths, 330 divided by 16 x 10 = 206.25
Still a remarkable score based on 10 fixtures.

Truthfully, I think the Buddha of the LPS was feeling guilty, or sorry for me. 🙏

Some pretty good games last night.
Kicking myself for not picking the Toon over the Bees, but happy with the result.

How Brighton didn’t win I’ll never know. Far and away the better side. Spurs will be lucky to make the Top 6, let alone Top 4.

Leicester absolutely abject. Shocking goal to concede. Looking very grim for the Foxes. Everton might join them.

They were robbed, as was I.  ☹️

For me, Southampton are already relegated.
3 way ties between Leicester, Everton and Nottingham Forrest joining them.

IMO teams acquiring 34 points should see them safe.
Wolves, West Ham, C Palace, Bournemouth and Leeds should be OK, although quite a few relegation fixtures still to come.

New Year's Day in Thailand tomorrow and a festive Songkran weekend to follow.

@BigHewer, @Slacker77, @DwizzleyMatthews and @Chaimai still to submit predictions.

Get your predictions in early, then enjoy the festivities.
Hopefully, no members will miss predictions due to being too intoxicated and ending up in hospital like this chap did.

Happy Songkran.

Enjoy, but stay safe.
