The cuts I saw at the Makro were Autralian, thickly cut, fair amount of marbling, but they wanted about 900 baht for a cut not even as long as my hand, and I'm a fairly small guy -

From the picture of the electric stovetop you should be able to tell I'm not in Thailand currently. Makro in Udon Thani DOES have steaks, but they're overpriced so I rarely eat steak in Isaan -
