A former Ministry of Defence finance officer, with an online gambling addiction, has allegedly swindled 30.6 million baht from the Buntharik District Administration in the Isaan province of Ubon Ratchathani and is on the run from the police. Sweet investment opportunity!  A 30 million baht pay day for the low, low price of 3 years free accommodation and meals. Or earn about 1 million baht less expenses over 3 years. Decisions, decisions…
