Good to see and something the Thai government could gain enormous PR by encouraging. At my local gym I can watch thai kids barely teenagers smash the tennis ball an inch above the net again and again and again, as hard as me, and I have played at a decent standard, they were so good I asked my trainer how come you never see Thai players at Wimbledon etc because those kids are exceptional.

His answer was because the airfares/expenses to the tournaments etc means there's no chance that will ever happen. So pampered privileged players like your Tim Henmans, etc get all the breaks. From what I've seen that's a real shame.
