Passersby in Sri Racha district of Chon Buri were reportedly annoyed at police’s slow response to a gold theft incident yesterday. The 35 year old thief currently known as ‘Ae’ nabbed a gold necklace from a gold store in a shopping mall. Ae reportedly pretended he was just trying on the necklace, and then fled the shop. The shop clerk was left startled by the incident, but passersby and a mall security guard tackled Ae and held him until the police arrived. It never ceases to amaze me how stupid these people are wearing gold that can be snatched. If they want to advertise they’ve got money to burn then it serves them right.

Consider themselves lucky they came out at all - in the UK murder and rape is all the police will attend (eventually).

Theft (property or car) forget it, not interested, widespread fraud has been outsourced to a totally useless outfit called ActionFraud and the police won't be interested, assault, forget that too unless someone has died.

Hiding behind trees trying to catch someone doing 32mph in a 30 - now you're talking !!
