in thailand this will never happen and if it happens it is useless since you can not use paypal anymore in Thailand and using it from another country paypal will block you.... freelancers use paypal, on websites freelance websites etc. and Thailand is that brainless to change things of greediness to get tax (what will not happen) making a company is even useless, because you can not send money to anywhere with paypal thailand after august, they shoot themselves in the foot again... they should keep their hands of things they do not know squad about... no descent freelance visa ever created besides with , nonsense and insane rules, and like always that is how it goes, waste of time and money... they should change PayPal back, if they change it many will stay away from here, because they can not use paypal at all!!! BRAINLESS step again from the government because they so desperate for money... maybe if they stop stealing the money, they will not be so desperate
