Need help with building a swimming pool..

Anyone who has any recommendation for a good contractor to build my house and a contractor to build a swimming pool?  

I purchased a Rai in Prachuap Khiri Khan and plan to build a house and a swimming pool about the same time.  I don't need anything fancy, but working with budgets. 

Also, any suggestions about how to go about the process dealing with local authorities for permits.

You could talk to local building supply companies in your town to see if they could connect you with local contractors.  They should recommend reputable builders.

That behavior is keeping the cash backs in flow! As more people you involve, as more recommendations you have, as more it may cost! Usually in Thailand 15-30% gets to the someone, who recommends you to some business

      Yep, that could be a problem. All my 'work' is done in the house here on my computer, which is why I can reply so quickly as I am writing software code for about eight hours a day I get a ping when a new email arrives, it is good to take a minute or two break.
