NEW 90 Day Online Reporting

Another abomination of an online service,  that more often than not doesn't work. Why can't they ever get these things right?

I would suggest operator error as plenty of successful applications on the new website and the general consensus is of a vast improvement over the previous website and app.

Last I heard the old site was still running 

I've used the new site twice without a hitch.
