Do you need a stamp on the bank statement?

Recommended Posts

HI, I am in the UK and applying for the Thai tourist e-visa and was required to upload a proof of savings.

My bank sent me a statement online. It was officially headed, but not stamped or signed.

Does that work? Or do I have to waste half a day in my life traveling to a local branch and print out a paper one and have them stamp it?

Thanks for your advise.

Online bank statement is fine, doesn't need to be stamped by the bank.
