I don't care whatever she might be selling, it would keep me away.
Personally I really dislike huge tracks of land. Really small would attract me a lot more.

That's what they cost ?  A sound business decision.

 Can they be written off and depreciated over time for tax purposes ?

Taking in 10 000 Baht per day , having to pay 9000 Baht out in costs , food and utilities , and they would have minimal tax to pay
