He may win eventually but Russian armed forces will be seen with a very different light from now on.  Feel sure a cetain oriental (and many others) will be scrutinizing in depth this Russian catastrophe and the next time they meet may discover his mojo has been downgraded immensely by the oriental.

As I have said elsewhere the Russians did not think this would be quick, this 3 day crap is a figment of the western media's imagination. They have done nothing to achieve a quick victory the only airborne landings were small special forces drops to take out Ukraine airfields and aircraft on the first night which were very successful. That's why Zelenskyy has been being for aircraft from day one he has pilots and no aircraft because most of them were destroyed on the ground in the first 4 hours. The Russian columns from the north did not even enter the country for three days. They never thought or attempted to make a lightning invasion. Right now it has been two weeks and they have air superiority and taken a third of the country mostly with old and out of date munitions as they are using their old stuff wherever they can as in makes good logistical sense. They only use there state of the art stuff when necessary like hitting the training base near the Polish border which they did with precision from a launcher inside Russia. 

It will probably be all over in another 4 weeks as long as NATO do nothing to escalate the situation.

And let's all hope they don't because if they do something stupid Putin is not a mad man he's a Russian, he will not lose when he has the worlds biggest nuclear arsenal to make it a draw. 

People especially NATO need to stop thinking these Russian leaders are like Americans with furry hats, the are Russians and they think like Russian. They know they fighting Ukrainians too so they know they are fighting people that think like Russians but possibly even more courageous so they always knew it would not be easy.

Where do you get this nonsense from?

Of course they tried to end it quickly. Hence their hail Mary attacks on the two airfields near Kyiv using SPETZNAZ. These attacks failed. If they had been planning a long war they would have attacked the airports with missiles NOT special forces trying to take the things intact.

The invasion from the North started immediately. Not 3 days later as you claim. 

Russia still does not have air superiority as has been pointed out to you several times in another thread.

Russia has used its best equipped and trained units. Not old and out of date stuff. Pure fantasy.

Czar Putin has lost the plot. There is no winning outcome for him now.

I'll second that statement. The US is busy pushing Europe ever deeper into it's Proxy War and making money on the way by selling more weapons. Germany's leading Socialist Party Leader Saskia Esken now does not even exclude Nato to enter the War in Ukraine.

Meanwhile the US is preparing for it's "Future War with China" and China is getting a first hand demonstration how the US lead NATO World functions in case of a conflict.

Exactly, all what they wrote is based on Russian fantasy propaganda and their fantasy Blitzkrieg. A Blitzkrieg with no organised supply lines just send them in with no further information and comunication to their own units. But I am really wondering they still believe this nonsense and never thinking about why they started bombing the cities and civilians.

A Russian military officer begged for forgiveness in a press conference after the Ukrainian military captured him.

Lt. Col. Astakhov Dmitry Mikhailovich said he wasn’t forced to make the comments and felt “shame” over what he had done. He was lied to and told that Ukraine was ruled by a “fascist regime” and that “nationalists and Nazis had seized power.”

“I’ll give it to you straight. If someone came to my territory, I would do the same as these people did,” said Mikhailovich of Ukraine’s defenders.

“And I would be right! They are right now while I have to sit here and offer excuses.”

At a presser on March 7th, Mikhailovich urged his peers in the Russian armed force to “be brave” and to go against their own commanders.

More proof things are not going well for Russia:

 

Japan's military said on Thursday that it had spotted four large Russian amphibious warfare ships sailing close to its islands as they traveled west, possibly towards Europe. Pictures of the amphibious transports, typically used for landing expeditionary forces ashore, published by Japan's defense ministry showed what appeared to be military trucks loaded onto the deck of one of the vessels.

If you are including Hostomel airport in that then the idea was for airborne forces to seize the airport allowing an airbridge to be created for a fast inflow of men and equipment for a quick assault on Kiyv .. although they took the airport they couldn't secure it as the UKR forces were persistently harrying them for days after .. and they have suffered considerable casualties with its status less than secure and still unable to use it for their intended purpose as the Ukrainian forces are well equipped with portable SAM's as Russian helicopters and transports have found out ..

It's 3 weeks and they don't have air superiority by aircraft .. they are  using ballistic missiles a great deal to destroy civilian targets .. that is not air superiority .. 

Some of what you say is not incorrect about old munitions as some artillery and self propelled guns being used is old cold war kit but others like the Pantsir S1and 2 and the S400 anti air systems are new or newish .. not to mention the T90 main battle tank .. what this conflict is demonstrating is how a motivated coordinated flexible home defence force armed with some of the latest anti armour and air weapons is making a mockery of one of the most powerful armed forces on the planet .. all things considered they ( Russia ) have performed overly too well the last 40 odd yrs have they ..
