Yesterday the court upheld a previous ruling by the Civil Court that dismiss the lawsuit arguing that the army pay compensation to the family of Lahu human rights activist Chaiyaphum Pasae. Thousands of miles from Thailand) leading to similar scenarios. It is tragic when people die under any condition. When the public cannot be assured it's reasonable it leads to a loss of confidence.
