Then why we treated like shit if we are guests???

This maybe so, but like any guests, turn to Spotify and listen to tThe Clash.

…. Should I Stay or Should I Go.

‘The choice of putting up with crap is your decision, yes if you stay you can whine all you like, but can’t say too much when you have a choice.

In summary the lawyer says - 'not recommended'.   Why would anyone on a 'visitors' visa take part in any demonstration or protest - unless they are a unicorn loving progressive university student I guess.  If a protest group ever gets anywhere near you - walk away - quickly.

Embassy recommendations are the same.

Not sure why large angry crowds need advice to stay away.

How about more practical advice? Like: "Stay away from angry girlfriends" ?

Or, in Pattaya, "Avoid drunk sex on a balcony in a high rise." ?

Hurray!! Godwin's syndrome. That didn't take long. 😁

Bingo! Aka "Weak argument" syndrome.

It's not even particularly cogent or timely.

I'm saying we should protest - against stale examples and weak arguments.

As if in almost 100 years no other examples or analogy could possibly fit.

Things have been so uneventful, I guess :-D

Not very wise to say the least.

You will have your 5 minutes of fame probably followed by deportation.

Rightly or wrongly all the old arguments about if your not part of the solution your part of the problem,I'm married to a local,I pay my taxes etc etc don't really matter in such circumstances.

You are a guest in the country and if you don't like it you know the answer.

Personally I wouldn’t protest because it’s futile , if your daft enough to go live there in the first place then just get on with it .

If you don’t like it and come to your senses go back to your homeland

Are you daft then?

Of the last several years and most recently, there's been a handful of public instances already, regarding very political minded resident Farang [with family here] that have been terribly vocal and active - they're all out.

NOT RECOMMENDED,  a Protest in any nature will yield More Negative Effect Personally than the Positive Outcome.

In Particular if you are Guest to an Country an form of Protest that includes protesting or arguing with your Thai girlfriend, Thai friends, Thai Collegues, Leave the protest of any politics, will land you into a complete disaster.

Better to stay out and not venture into any commotions.
