I have lived here in Thailand for over 20 years. I travel to the US every now and then. My wife (10 year visa) sometimes travel with me. We would like to take the grand daughter  (Thai Passport) to the USA for a trip.

Aside from a visa from the US embassy what does my grand daughter need to travel with us to the USA? Or what do we need?

Just a heads up

Visa appointments are very hard to get at the moment

Bangkok Embassy says 155 days

CM says 91 days

So depending on when you plan to go, I would look at making the appointment as as you can

A grand daughter is a little tricky. If your wife has a 10 year green card she's technically considered a permanent US resident. There's family priorities on children but not grandchildren, and then there's custody issues as neither of you are the biological parents. Best to sort that one with US Immigration good luck!
