That's not the same as flip flopping. He first says one thing, then another and then back to the original point. 

For example, he has been caught saying masks are not necessary, later says it is, then back to not necessary, then maybe, then yes, then no, then wear 3, then 2, then none, then 5, then 1 is ok again. 

How can we take this guy serious? 

Don't tell me the usual, that it's all so new and we don't know everything yet. Then he also shouldn't behave like an expert.

Order came from the Provincial Disease Control. Apparently because of a sudden escalation in case count in the Province.

The schools around me are now also closed for 14 days and back to on-line teaching as of today - all blamed on Khon Kaen and Udon, apparently!
