Reported cases are almost meaningless.  It's kind of like reporting cases of the flu now.  I don't understand why they still do that other than to fearmonger.  ICU numbers are all that matters. They almost never put that in the headline because it's not a scary enough number.

The % increase or decrease from the prior week.

It is not a pretty picture.

Wrong Rain the infection rate yesterday in the UK was 185,000 according to official data. If your going to give figures out at least get them right.

With 85% UK adults vaxxed, cases are irrelevant. Stop this unnecessary testing. Stop hospital admissions if unvaxxed or not seriously Ill. Deaths important and there are very few amongst the vaxxed.
