New Year countdown events organised by the private sector in Bangkok can still go ahead, provided they adhere to strict disease control guidelines, according to a Bangkok Post report. The CCSA is giving the go-ahead despite the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration cancelling government-organised events in the capital over concerns about the Omicron variant. This is good news and all private sector things should go on and move ahead from here on out as normal. We do not need gov't sponsored new years activities or anything else that tries to control or manage society.
