Here’s a theory: The woman who “loaned” the card was in on this scam, probably in order to defraud the credit card company. Just a theory though 😅

have to presume she was….. in any event she violated card terms……giving card & code to others…..

so zero compensation for her as card holder….but she will just default……all her credit everywhere pulled for sure…..hope she got that bank mortgage first and car loan………court order will eventually seize any assets in her name….. until then the bank is out the 6.7 mill of its fake divital “money” …..she will have her share of the loot to live on…… morally I personally have no issue in the soulless banks or corporations getting screwed like this…..if in fact they haven’t bought that “credit default” insurance….which might not apply as that “ money” was actually Stolen…….

question is can you actually steal money that was generated & existed only on computer ? I say No but Law will say Yes. Suppliers have been paid so cannot be touched by Banks under their terms ? Probably can though as cc in name of Female but Suppliers allowed Males to use it, without asking for matching ID and thieves themselves not physically matching card or ID. A really stupid error by the thieves and suppliers……maybe ALL in on it ?

Hard to believe someone had a credit card with that high of a limit on it.  Also, I would have thought the bank would have sought the cardholder out seeing the tremendous increase in card usage.
