The head of the Phuket Tourist Association says the potential knock-on effects of the Test & Go suspension is not yet known. A notice from Thailand’s Civil Aviation Authority has been issued to airlines to advise travelers of the new conditions for entering the kingdom. Thailand’s Covid-19 certifications will be accepted in the European Union, while Thailand will recognise the EU Digital Covid Certificate.

This is interesting because for example how does the quarantine thing will work?

I tested positive for covid yesterday and i have 3 shots of Pfizer then the EU Recovery certificate arrives on the 2 January after i quarantine 10 days

Do i have to quarantine again in Thailand?

It makes no sense to quarantine twice and if Thailand accepts the EU certificate i should not

It appears that they're revising the entry programs to the older COE/7-14 day quarantine, that was in practice for a year before the Nov. 1 reopening plan, as of the first week of January [4th, 5th ???]. The 7 or 14 day packages are determined by your vaccination status.
